Key Ingredients : Wheatgrass powder, fructooligosaccharides (FOS),

pollen, sugar, fructose, honey powder, aloe vera powder

Directions for Use : Mix 1 sachet (8 g) with 1 cup of water (250 ml)

Warnings :
