MODE OF PAYMENT (BENEFITS AND INCENTIVES)

1. Once the bonus computation process is completed and finalized, the Company shall upload the Distributor's 4-bonus statement to the respective Distributor's web account in www.zhulian.in.th and credit the payment of benefits and incentives due in accordance with the Company's Golden Business Plan to the respective Distributor's bank account by the 10^th day of the following month.

2. Distributors are required to open a Savings/Current account to enjoy the online bonus payment service and submit the duly completed Authorisation to Credit Bank Account Form (ZT-60) upon registration as a Distributor of the Company. Failure to comply with this requirement for whatever reason the part of the Distributor will result in the Company withholding any payments of benefits and incentives accruing to the respective Distributor until full compliance to this requirement has been established.

3. In the event that a service charge incurred for the online payment service, the Company reserves the right to deduct the amount of service charge payable to the bank from the bonus.

4. A Distributor is responsible for verifying the amount of benefits and incentives in the monthly e-bonus statement issued to him and shall notify the Company of any discrepancies within FOURTEEN (14) days. Any complaints received by the Company beyond this stipulated period will not be entertained and considered null and void.
