RENEWAL OF DISTRIBUTORSHIP

1. RENEWAL PROCEDURE: Each Distributorship is valid for a period of TWELVE (12) months only. To extend the Distributorship validity period, a Distributor is required to submit a subscription fee of 150 THB (inclusive of Value Added Tax of 7%) to the Company through the relevant Authorised Agency or by following the stipulated online renewal procedure via the Company’s website. 2. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL : If a Distributor achieves a Ps-Pv 500 or above within the validity of his Distributorship period, his Distributorship will be automatically extended for another TWELVE (12) months upon expiry of his Distributorship.

3. EXPIRYOFDISTRIBUTORSHIP’SVALIDITYPERIOD:IfaDistributorfailstocomplywithRule 1.4(a)or(b),hisDistributorshipwillautomaticallybeterminatedoncethegraceperiodofNINETY

(90)daysaftertheexpirydatelapses.

4. Notwithstanding whether or not a Distributor complies with Rule 1.4 (a) or (b), the Company reserves the right to reject the renewal of Distributorship or terminate a Distributor due to his involvementinanyoftheunethicalbusinesspracticesspecifiedinCLAUSE3.DISTRIBUTOR’S CODE OF ETHICS.
