Benefits & Incentives

BENEFITS, INCENTIVES AND PROMOTIONS

1. A Distributor's entitlement to benefits, incentives and promotions shall be as described in the Company's Golden Business Plan. Nevertheless, the Company reserves the right to deduct any outstanding payments, fees, taxes, penalties and fines which may be imposed by the relevant authorities.

2.The Company shall at its sole discretion, be entitled to withhold or suspend any payments of benefits and incentives accruing to the Distributor in the event that:-

(a) A dispute arises between the Distributor and the Company; or

(b) A dispute arises between the respective Distributors; of

(c) The Distributor commits or is suspected of committing any breach of the Company's Golden Business Guide, the Consumer Protection Act 2002 of Thailand or any other government regulations related to the industry and any amendments thereof; or

(d) A show cause letter and / or notice of suspension has been issued by the Company to the Distributor; or

(e) The Distributor's distributorship appointment has ceased due to resignation, termination or expiry
